At TrueFit Enterprise, we strive to provide high-quality fitness services, classes, and online programs to help you achieve your goals. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Memberships & Class Bookings

• Fees paid for memberships, fitness programs, or class bookings are non-refundable once the service has been activated or accessed.

• If you cancel your membership before your plan starts, you may request a partial refund (subject to an administrative fee).

• Once training sessions or online classes have begun, refunds will not be issued.

2. Digital Products & Online Programs

• Digital content (such as online courses, nutrition plans, or fitness guides) is non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

• If you are unable to access your digital product due to a technical issue, please contact our support team for resolution.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@truefitenterprise.com.
After verifying the issue, we will process and credit the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your upcoming session or subscription renewal by contacting us at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in special cases such as:

• Duplicate payments

• Service not delivered due to our internal issue

• Verified technical or billing errors

All such requests must be submitted in writing with supporting proof.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
